Payments between users
Because Lend a Hand does not process payments between posters and helpers, we do not collect or store card details, bank account numbers, or payment credentials for job payments. Any payment information you share with another user — for example a bank transfer reference — is exchanged directly between you and them, not through our systems.
Subscription payments
Helper subscriptions are handled by our regulated payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
